- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let cool.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just simmering.
- Pour hot cream over chopped chocolate and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth to make ganache.
- Pour ganache over cooled pretzel crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over ganache and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Refrigerate tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
